We're building the monetisation layer of the internet.

Shitely closed a $140M Series C at a $1.2B post-money valuation in October 2026. The deck we raised on is below.

01 / Purpose

Shitely

Every page view is revenue. Most of it is being left on the page.

02 / Problem

The web is still full of pages that simply work.

Visitors arrive, read what they came for and leave. No consent was captured, no offer was shown, no session was extended. Across the open web this happens billions of times a day.

03 / Solution

One script tag. Six products. Every page monetised.

Consent, Convert, Engage, Media, Revenue and AI, metered in Yield Units and live in five minutes.

04 / Why now

Users have nowhere else to go.

Three platforms hold most of the attention, search answers itself, and switching costs have never been higher. Visitors stay where they land.

Total addressable market

Larger than the world economy, which is about $111 trillion.* We size it as world GDP plus the advertising value of every waking hour spent online.

*World GDP, 2024, current US dollars. World Bank.

06 / Competition

Everyone is doing this. Nobody is doing all of it.

Consent platforms, ad tech, growth tools and retention software each own one pattern. Shitely is the only platform that ships every one of them in a single tag.

07 / Business model

We meter the friction.

Customers buy plans that include a monthly allowance of Yield Units, then buy more. Ad-supported plans are paid for twice.

09 / Team

Operators from ad tech, growth and debt collection.

Our founders have built consent banners, checkout flows and cancellation lines at scale. Gary, our agent, sits on the board.

10 / The plan

Three phases. We are entering the third.

  1. Visitors · 2024 to 2025Free tools that make the web better for the people using it: Outhouse grades, Shitely Profile and Shitely Lens. 30 million people now check a site's grade before they trust it.
  2. Sites · 2025 to 2026Generous plans, low Unit prices and a revenue share no other network would match. 61% of the top 10,000 sites now run Shitely, and their visitors expect it.
  3. Everyone · 2027 onwardsWith visitors and sites on one network, pricing can reflect the value of that network. Unit prices rise 38%. Media revenue share moves from 30% to 45%. Outhouse grades begin to account for partnership status.
11 / Network standards

We hold the web to a higher standard.

Sites whose ads cover more than 30% of the screen receive reduced distribution across the Shitely network and a lower Outhouse grade. Shitely Media placements are measured separately and do not count towards the standard. Exemptions are available on Enterprise plans.

12 / Regulatory outlook

Fines are a line item.

We budget 4% of revenue for regulatory settlements, against a 31% operating margin. Every investigation to date has closed with a fine, a commitment and no change to the product. Our public policy team (14 people) is larger than our trust and safety team (3).

13 / Vision

In five years, every page on the internet will run on Shitely, whether it knows or not.

14 / The ask

$140M

Series C at $1.2B post-money.

Use of funds: Gary (40%), sales (35%), compliance (25%), of which legal defence (25%).
