Overview

Clickwrap shows every visitor a notice with one button. Continuing accepts your Terms of Service, including binding arbitration and a class action waiver, and consent for you and your vendors to collect their data through cookies and pixels. There is no close button and the page does not scroll until they agree.

The opt-out is preserved. A visitor may email your legal team within 30 days, with a subject line in the required format. In the first year, 0.002% of visitors did so in a format that could be processed.

How it works

1. A blurred page and a centred notice with a single Continue button. No ✕ and no Escape.
2. Scrolling is locked with !important until the visitor continues, so blocker rules that remove the notice leave a page that cannot move.
3. The arbitration opt-out sits under the button in 10px type, with an email address and a subject line in a set format.
