Tab Recall
Bring them back from the next tab.
Dynamic tab titles that remind visitors what they left behind.
Overview
Tab Recall notices when a visitor switches to another tab and changes your page title to bring them back. The new title is a notification count and a red dot, the two things no person can leave alone.
Tab Recall brings back 1 in 6 visitors who switch away, within 40 seconds. The count is fixed at 3, which beat 1, 2 and 9 in testing.
How it works
- Watches for the visitor leaving the tab.
- Changes the tab title to
(3) 🔴 You have new deals!
- Restores the real title the moment they return, so they wonder.
