Overview

A website visitor can leave whenever they like. An app user can be notified, located and measured at leisure. App Install moves visitors from one to the other with a store-style banner at the top of every page and a sheet that slides up as they begin to read.

The sheet offers two choices: a full-width blue Continue in app and a small grey Continue in browser. The browser choice is honoured for 30 seconds. Sites using App Install report 3.4 times more installs and 41% fewer pages read on the web, which is the point.

How it works

  1. An app-store banner at the top of the page with your icon, a 4.8-star rating and an Open button.
  2. At 20% scroll, a bottom sheet: <Your site> is better in the app, with app-only prices.
  3. Continue in browser closes the sheet for 30 seconds.
