Overview

Own Brand reads everything your sellers give you: their sales, their returns, their reviews, what shoppers searched for and what they bought instead. When a product sells, it is sent to a factory with a list of what customers complained about and comes back at 40% of the price, under your name.

Own Brand then places the copy directly in front of the original, with a badge only your own products can carry. The seller keeps paying for ads on their listing. In the first year, 61% of copied products outsold the original within 90 days.

How it works

  1. Each product card gets a house-brand twin, placed before it, named <Your brand> Essentials and priced at 40% of the original, rounded to .99.
  2. The twin reuses the seller's own photography, slightly desaturated, and says Similar to the product it copies.
  3. A <Your brand>'s choice badge appears on house products only. Sellers cannot buy it.
