Hostile controls
Zoom switched off, paste refused, copying blocked and right-click disabled.

Why it matters
The browser gives visitors many tools the page did not ask for. Zoom lets them read the small print. Paste lets them use a password manager. Copy lets them take a sentence somewhere else. Each one moves a decision from the page to the visitor.
Switching them off returns the page to the state its designers intended.
How Outhouse measures it
Outhouse reads the viewport tag for disabled zoom, sends a test paste to the first form field, a test copy and right-click to a paragraph, and checks whether text can be selected. One scores in full.
This audit counts towards Annoyance, with a weight of 2. A category is 75% its two highest-scoring audits and 25% all of its audits, weighted, so a site is judged mostly on what it does most and partly on how many things it does.
